Here's what I'm going to be getting soon. Any suggestions are welcome:
Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-965P-DS3 $145
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6400: $220
Memory: G.SKILL 1GB DDR2 667 (PC2 5400) cas4 $109
Video Card: Leadtek WinFast PX7900GS TDH 256MB $200
Power Supply: FSP Group FSP550-80GLC-R 550W $112
Case: COOLER MASTER Centurion 534 RC-534-SKN1 $ 65
Sound Card: Creative Sound Blaster SB0570 Audigy SE $28
Gameboy when the server is down
I would suggest not getting a GS video card. Just cause its a 7900 doesnt mean its awesome. 7800 GT or GTX are going to run better if you want to spend a little less money.
Is that PSU modular? Can you post a link to it please.

I was reading on anandtech that the GS cards actually outperformed the 7800 GTs.

Don't buy an expensive vid card til DX10 cards are out, get something like under $100 til then imo
dont spend 100 something dollar on a power supply. It's just not worth it, either way it's going to go bad.
get something for like $50

pretty bad advice imo if you're building a decent comp.

1: Motherboard - If I had a choice, I'd go SOYO. GB is a nice runner up though.
2: CPU - Top of the line. Nice choice :P
3: RAM - Only a gig? lol noob.
4,5,6 No complaints there
What are your hard drive specs, or are you not getting new ones?

I can't afford 2 gigs...

Oh yeah I'm getting this hard drive too:
Seagate Barracuda 7200.9 ST3120811AS 120GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s: $50
I can't afford 2 gigs...
And it's not like RAM isn't something you can't easily upgrade later on. How much can your motherboard handle?

8 gigs in 4 DIMMs. Its good imo, but with the prices per gig on HDs dropping, I'd spring for two smaller drives, maybe 2x200 (more room for porn!)
